What are the minimum computer requirements to use National Lens ?

How do I know if all products I am ordering are in stock?

Our system is designed to accept only items in stock. We do not back order lenses.

How will Shipping be charged if I place multiple orders during the day

Shipping is Free by First Class Mail. Orders received by 3 PM, E.S.T. are shipped the same day. Multiple orders if requested will be batched together.

What are the payment options for purchases made on Online account?

In an effort to keep pricing low we request the use of credit cards.

Can I ship lenses directly to a patient?

Yes. Just fill out the section for drop shipping. Once the order is shipped you will receive an invoice via email

Why are your prices lower than other distributors?

National Lens automated system eliminates the need for a person to answer the phone and take your order. As a non authorized distributor we are not forced to mantain any pricing policy the manufacturer dictates. The system also greatly reduces human error on the receiving end of the order.
